GST 2.0 Slashes Car Prices in India: Big Savings on SUVs, Sedans & Hatchbacks

GST 2.0 Price Cuts

Thanks to the rollout of GST 2.0, India’s automotive sector is seeing significant price reductions across the board. Consumers can now enjoy savings ranging from ₹65,000 to ₹8.9 lakh, spanning everything from mass-market hatchbacks to premium SUVs.

Mahindra leads the charge, cutting prices up to ₹1.56 lakh, with its Bolero Neo dropping by ₹1.27 lakh and the XUV 3XO slashed by ₹1.40 lakh (petrol) and ₹1.56 lakh (diesel). Other brands like Tata, Toyota, Skoda, Renault, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Hyundai are passing on the reduced GST directly to buyers.

“With savings of up to ₹8.9 lakh, GST 2.0 has made premium cars more attainable than ever.”
